Light wear and slight fading to cover, frontispiece not present, contents in clean condition, very occasional foxing, a number of tears along folds of folding map have been tape reinforced many years ago, and more recently with archival tape. There is very minor loss of image, a former owner's name on title page and bookplate on front endaper. Color folding map measures 23 x 19 inches. A disclaimer is tipped-in regarding the folding map. Very Good/No Jacket.

The 2 color plates have small dampstains to top margins; no other stains in book, indicating that the 2 color plates were stained before being bound into book. A very well-preserved guide to Saratoga. Book measures 6 x 4 1/4 inches. Very Good/No Jacket.
